Pilot request received.
Thanks — your brief is with us. We’ll come back within two working days with a proposed pilot scope and the data we’d need from your side.
Before you ask
Frequently asked questions.
What does a pilot actually look like?
We pick one bottleneck together — the part of your schedule that hurts most — and run it end-to-end on live orders for one to three months, side by side with your current way of working. You measure the difference yourself: downtime, conflicts, delivery confidence. Scaling beyond the pilot is your call, made on your numbers.
How much setup work lands on our team?
Less than you’d expect. AI-assisted onboarding turns the lists and spreadsheets you already have — resources, routings, calendars — into a working model, cutting manual setup by up to 70%. We do the heavy lifting on-site and remotely during the first two weeks.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Modool Plan is a planning layer, not an ERP replacement. It sits alongside the systems you already run; during pilot scoping we agree the simplest practical way to exchange the data the schedule needs.
Which industries do you work with?
Our home ground is Engineer-To-Order manufacturing in the energy sector — switchgear, grid infrastructure — where the platform has run in live production for over eighteen months. The same framework applies to renewables, industrial machinery and other complex, order-driven operations.
Where are you based, and how do you work?
We’re based in Belgrade, Serbia, and work across Europe — on-site for process mapping and kick-off, remote for everything that doesn’t need steel-toe boots.
